We are looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to join our team. You will monitor MES system performance, security, and system integrity. You will support major business initiatives, perform business transformation consulting, provide project management, and other ERP-related activities. You will be an important member in the implementation and maintenance of workflows, business processes, document transfers, and document controls.
You will work onsite at our Natick MA office, reporting into the Director of Information Technology..
Role and Responsibilities
- Implement continuous improvement solutions across ERP and MES solutions, defining and enforcing the governance of the planning, scheduling, engineering, and manufacturing business processes
- Evaluate, develop, deploy, and support automatic ERP workflows and ensure regular maintenance does not disrupt production capabilities
- Support projects, implementations, and training within our ERP system with a focus on operational process development
- Debug, test, and resolve issues within business systems
- Partner with the Finance team to design and configure accounting functions and processes, and troubleshoot financial transactions.
- Responsible for the configuration, administration, and maintenance of the PLM system and support the ERP integration
- Support the creation of Bill of Materials, setting up and control revision control on item/parts and BOMs
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- 5 years of experience in a systems admin role in an engineering and manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, and experience with ERP and MES systems
- 5 years Experience with Production, Warehouse, Planning, and Logistics
- 5 years Experience in ERP Process development and deployment
- Must have experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) with an ability to configure and administer the system
- Expert in system assessment tools such as process mapping, fit-gap analysis
- Integration experience across a range of approaches, including web-services, API, JSON, XML, flat-file, 3rd-party connectors
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics F&O
- Experience with PLM tools, Change Control, and Configuration Management in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with production and supply chain data integrations with ERP software
- In-depth knowledge of formal Engineering Change Processes

Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job-related skills, as well as relevant education or training and experience.
