We're building Vega™, a groundbreaking 3D weaving system that turns yarn directly into garments in minutes. As we scale from our microfactory to international deployment, you'll build and lead the teams that make this technology reliable, repeatable, and ready for global impact.

What Success Looks Like

Imagine walking through multiple facilities across continents, seeing your teams orchestrating the production and deployment of Vega™ machines. Your impact will be measured in:

• Successful deployment of our first hundred machines globally
• High-performing teams across manufacturing and operations
• Smooth transition from R&D to scaled production
• Efficient supply chains and assembly processes
• Strong feedback loops between field deployments and engineering

A Typical Day Might Include

• Leading operations teams across manufacturing and supply chain
• Collaborating with engineering on design freezes and improvements
• Building systems for rapid customer feedback implementation
• Developing strategies for both in-house and contract manufacturing
• Balancing machine utilization across testing and production needs
• Getting hands-on when needed to solve critical issues
• Having lunch with the team (we're a pretty social bunch!)

The salary range for this role is $204,000 - $247,000 USD annually, plus 0.16% - 0.67% equity.
