Thea Energy is looking for an experienced, highly motivated human resources (HR) professional to help build and manage its HR practices. This candidate will interact with the Company’s finance & operations and technical teams to facilitate interview processes, manage onboarding of new hires, and help to grow its strong company culture and overall employee experience. You’ll be part of the early organizational growth of a leading fusion energy company. This role will have a high degree of autonomy and the ideal candidate must be able to move quickly.
