Aegis is seeking a maintenance supervisor to join our client's organization. The positions are on their 2nd and 3rd shifts. The ideal candidate has the following skills and experience:

• 5+ years of overall maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of experience working as a maintenance supervisor
• Steel manufacturing background
• Experience working with heavy equipment- cranes, cnc machines, saws, ovens, etc.
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
• Experience with pumps, valves, and cylinders
• Able to work in a hot environment
• Experience working in a union environment
• CMMS upgrade experience- currently looking into new systems for this.
• Leadership experience
• Able to get their hands dirty and assist mechanics or electricians.
• Able to work an off shift schedule and stay overtime when needed.
• 2nd shift: 2-10 pm or 3rd shift: 10:30 pm-6:00 am

Nice to have:

• ME/EE/MET/EET/Trade- any additional training or schooling would be helpful.
• Combustion experience/equipment
