Responsibilities include creating detailed work instructions and operation sheets from customer blueprints, designing and developing fixtures, work holdings, and special tooling, writing, editing, and proving out CNC programs, creating PowerPoint presentations for customer approvals, reviewing customer-approved supplier lists and ensuring specifications are current and accurate, ballooning prints and generating inspection forms, and supporting manufacturing processes from raw material through final shipment.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed work instructions and operation sheets from customer blueprints
- Design and develop fixtures, work holdings, and special tooling
- Write, edit, and prove out CNC programs
- Create PowerPoint presentations for customer approvals
- Review customer-approved supplier lists and ensure specifications are current and accurate
- Balloon prints and generate inspection forms
- Support manufacturing processes from raw material through final shipment
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of Process Engineering experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Knowledge of manufacturing environments and machining processes
- Experience with AutoCAD, Mastercam, Glovius, and Esprit
- ERP system experience preferred (Global Shop a plus)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AutoCAD, Mastercam, Glovius, and Esprit
- ERP system experience preferred (Global Shop a plus)
