Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with outside agencies on open positions and establishing processes in places
• Coordinating interviews with agencies and internal members proactively
• Providing feedback to agencies on openings, timelines, and ways to improve submittals
• Managing mutiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Requirements:

• 5-10+years of talent acquisition/full cycle recruitment experience within manufacturing
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and staffing agencies
• Highly organized with strong prioritization and time management skills
• Billingual is a plus
