Aegis is partnered with a growing biotech manufacturing organization producing biological ingredients and solutions used in pharmaceutical development, diagnostics, cell therapy, and medical research. This is a small-team, mission-driven environment where technicians gain hands-on exposure to sterile manufacturing, cleanroom operations, and regulated production processes.

They are seeking Production Technicians to support formulation, blending, filling, packaging, and cleanroom production activities across sterile and non-sterile product lines.

Responsibilities:

• Execute formulation, blending, filling, labeling, and packaging activities
• Follow batch records, SOPs, and cGMP procedures
• Operate mixers, filtration units, centrifuges, laminar flow hoods, and related equipment
• Support cleanroom and production suite setup / teardown
• Document production activities accurately within electronic and manual records
• Support in-process checks such as pH and conductivity
• Identify deviations and escalate issues in real time
• Maintain strict contamination control and aseptic practices

Requirements:

• 1+ year manufacturing experience in a sterile, cleanroom, or cGMP environment
• Experience following SOPs and batch records
• Comfortable working in PPE and cleanroom environments
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Hands-on, curious, and eager-to-learn mindset
• Comfortable being around animal-derived materials when required
