We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in a fast-paced, high-volume automotive (Tier 1) manufacturing environment. This role is key to keeping equipment running safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and support a team of maintenance technicians
• Oversee daily maintenance activities, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance
• Ensure reliable operation of mechanical stamping presses
• Diagnose and resolve issues across electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Partner with production teams to prioritize work and minimize downtime
• Enforce safety standards, including lockout/tagout procedures
• Drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability and maintenance processes
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders
• Support training and development of team members
• Assist with installation and startup of new or upgraded equipment

What You Bring

• 10+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Hands-on experience with mechanical stamping presses (required)
• Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems)
• Ability to lead by example in a hands-on role
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with robotic systems (Fanuc, ABB, or similar)
• Background in automotive Tier 1 manufacturing
• Experience in high-speed, high-volume production environments
