About the Role

We’re looking for a Controls Engineer who can take ownership of automation projects from concept through commissioning. This role will be hands-on—designing, programming, troubleshooting, and working closely with cross-functional teams to bring systems to life in real-world environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, program, and implement control systems for industrial automation projects
• Develop and modify PLC logic, HMI interfaces, and SCADA systems
• Partner with mechanical, electrical, and operations teams to integrate full system solutions
• Support system startup, commissioning, and on-site troubleshooting when needed
• Diagnose and resolve control system issues to minimize downtime
• Create and maintain clear documentation for system designs and updates

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Hands-on experience with PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.)
• Experience working with HMI and/or SCADA platforms
• Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to work independently
• Solid communication skills and ability to work across teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with robotics or advanced automation systems
• Familiarity with industrial safety standards and compliance
