Overview
A global engineering and manufacturing organization is seeking an Electrical Systems Engineer to support the development and design of advanced power system products. This role focuses on designing and integrating electrical systems that support high-performance industrial power applications.
The engineer will work directly on the core power systems being produced by the organization, contributing to the design and development of electrical architecture, power electronics integration, and system-level electrical components.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical architectures for industrial power systems
- Create and maintain electrical schematics and system documentation
- Integrate sensors, electrical components, and power electronics into complex systems
- Design and support wiring and electrical connectivity between controllers, sensors, and power modules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineering, controls, and manufacturing
- Support development and optimization of electrical subsystems within power generation equipment
- Assist with testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electrical systems
- Ensure electrical designs meet applicable engineering and safety standards
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Experience designing electrical systems or electrical architectures
- Experience creating electrical schematics and system documentation
- Strong understanding of electrical components, sensors, and power electronics
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and manufacturing teams
Preferred
- Experience with industrial power systems, generators, or energy systems
- Experience with controls integration and electrical system wiring
- Familiarity with system-level electrical design in complex equipment
