This team works closely with C-level executive clients on industry insights, best practices, M&A trends, and strategic resources. It’s less “sales hustle,” more trusted partner/client success energy. This company has a 90% renewal rate, and you earn commission on every renewal! The average commission this role makes is between $20-30k!!

What you’d do:

  • Manage client relationships and renewal cycles
  • Support onboarding, engagement, and communications
  • Coordinate trainings, resources, and industry updates
  • Track client activity and keep things running smoothly
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, leadership, and ops

What we are looking for:

  • Ability to work in the office Monday - Thursday, and have the ability to travel a few times a year for conferences
  • Composed, organized, detail-oriented, and have a proven ability to work with executive leadership
  • We’re targeting candidates who’ve owned client relationships in a consultative way, not high-volume, scripted, or call-center-style environments, OR supporting clients post-sale through onboarding, training, or learning and development initiatives
