We are seeking a Quality Control Technician to join a growing pharmaceutical manufacturing team. This role will support quality operations within a laboratory environment, performing routine analytical testing and ensuring products meet strict quality and regulatory standards. The Quality Control Technician will be responsible for conducting quality testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products while maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring compliance with all cGMP and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine laboratory testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished pharmaceutical products
- Accurately document testing results in accordance with cGMP and company quality standards
- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment
- Follow established SOPs and ensure strict adherence to regulatory and safety guidelines
- Assist with investigations related to out-of-specification (OOS) or out-of-trend (OOT) results
- Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality and laboratory operations teams
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a quality control or laboratory environment, preferably within pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences manufacturing
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related life sciences field preferred
- Experience working within a cGMP or highly regulated environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures and documentation requirements
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
