We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support cross-functional teams and ensure projects move smoothly from kickoff through completion. This role serves as the central hub of communication across engineering, procurement, operations, and leadership—helping keep timelines on track, information aligned, and deliverables completed efficiently.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines and milestones are met
- Serve as the primary communication link between project managers, engineering, procurement, shipping, and stakeholders
- Track project progress, delivery timelines, and shipping schedules
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including updates from project kickoff meetings and design revisions
- Monitor BOM (Bill of Materials) updates, submittals, and milestone deadlines
- Generate and process work orders while tracking long-lead materials and part availability
- Identify potential project bottlenecks and collaborate with teams to resolve them quickly
- Support milestone billing, cost tracking, and project documentation
- Coordinate shipping logistics, delivery details, and resolve shipment discrepancies
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator or similar project support role
- Experience in manufacturing environments and inventory control (Original Equipment Manufacturing experience strongly preferred)
- Experience working within an ERP system (NetSuite experience is a plus)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Exceptional organization and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Clear communicator who collaborates effectively across departments
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and proactively solve problems
Nice to Have
- Project management certification (CAPM or PMP)
- Experience supporting engineering, procurement, or manufacturing teams
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 (flexible depending on experience)
- Contract-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for permanent placement
