  • Provide guidance during design, development, and testing of new features, and participate in technical reviews and testing as needed.
  • Review and communicate the design and release of new dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to ensure that clients are informed of all new features and know how to use them.
  • Ensure that the data portal adheres to high standards of usability, interactivity, data quality, security, and standardization.
  • Contribute to the ongoing organization and development of the back-end database structure to optimize the data retrieval and processing that supports the MDP.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, both internal and external, to provide updates on the status of items on the product roadmap, address concerns, and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment to promote creativity and teamwork within the team.
