Lime is hiring a Vice President Investor Relations to join our Finance team! In this role, you will report into the Chief Financial Officer. In this position, you will lead the company’s communications with the investment community and strengthen its position in the capital markets. This role will partner closely with the executive team and serve as a trusted voice in articulating the company’s strategy, financial performance, and long-term vision. The VP of IR will thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment, bringing strong communication skills, financial acumen, and credibility with institutional investors and analysts. They will be results driven, balancing strategic storytelling with precise execution of earnings calls, investor presentations, and disclosures. This executive will be analytical and thoughtful, using data, insights, and market intelligence to guide leadership decisions and shape external messaging. They will foster strong, transparent relationships with stakeholders, act as a culture carrier with humility and presence, and inspire confidence in the company’s leadership, performance, and future.

This is a remote position with a preference for candidates residing in the United States to maintain effective collaboration across teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the company’s engagement with the investment community and develop a comprehensive strategy to effectively communicate the organization’s financial performance, strategic priorities, and long-term vision.

  • Oversee the preparation and execution of earnings calls, investor presentations, annual reports, and other disclosures, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to provide market insights, analyze investor sentiment, and shape external messaging that enhances shareholder confidence.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, serving as a trusted representative of the company in the global capital markets.

About you:

  • Proven experience leading investor relations in a public company or pre-IPO environment, with strong relationships across the investment community

  • Deep understanding of financial statements, capital markets, and valuation drivers, with the ability to translate complex information into clear messaging

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; confident in representing the company with credibility and clarity to investors, analysts, and executives

  • Strong strategic thinker who combines analytical rigor with sound business judgment to influence decisions and shape external narratives

  • Skilled at building and maintaining relationships with institutional investors, equity analysts, and key financial stakeholders

  • Collaborative and trusted partner to executive leadership, with the ability to provide market insights and counsel on investor sentiment and trends

  • Results-oriented and detail-focused, with a track record of successfully managing earnings processes, disclosures, and investor events

  • Leadership presence with humility and authenticity; able to inspire confidence internally and externally while contributing to a culture of transparency and trust

Preferred Experience:

  • Progressive experience in finance, investor relations, equity research, or related fields, with experience leading IR for a public or pre-IPO company

  • Proven track record of building and sustaining strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and the broader financial community

  • Experience managing investor communications through quarterly earnings, annual reports, investor days, and capital markets events

  • Demonstrated success operating in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments and guiding companies through IPOs, major transactions, or significant transformations

  • Strong background partnering with C-suite executives, Board members, and cross-functional leaders to align messaging and strategy

  • Deep knowledge of SEC regulations, disclosure requirements, and best practices in corporate governance and financial communications

  • Experience working across global markets and engaging with international investors and analysts

The salary range listed reflects what Lime reasonably expects to offer for this role, with the final base salary determined by factors such as the candidate’s location and relevant skills and experience. Depending on the position, the total compensation package may also include discretionary annual performance bonus opportunities and equity, subject to applicable plan terms and eligibility requirements.
