  • Ensure high fleet availability and reliability by optimizing maintenance processes and leveraging real-time data.

  • Spearhead local safety initiatives and ensure your team follows best practices for handling and maintaining the fleet.

  • Analyze market data and monitor KPIs to make data-driven choices that improve fleet uptime, operational efficiency, and cost control.

  • Ensure compliance with Sydney city regulations, permits, and fleet caps while ensuring compliance with permits and policies while proactively adjusting operations to align with evolving regulations.

  • Manage special projects and collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (e.g., Government Relations, Product) and external vendors to achieve strategic business objectives.

  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and contractors to ensure smooth logistics and supply chain operations.

About you:

  • 4+ years of experience in operations management, industrial & systems engineering, logistics, transportation, supply chain, data analytics or a related field.

  • Strong data analysis skills: intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.

  • Experience managing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception to execution.

  • Knowledge of how a P&L functions

  • Ability to understand metrics and KPIs and the levers to pull to drive results

  • Comfortable with working on site and in a warehouse environment

  • Analytically minded with a strong understanding of real-time marketplaces (supply and demand economics) and the ability to navigate, decode, and use data to build compelling narratives and reports.

  • Ability to thrive in a hands-on, problem-solving environment with a high degree of self-direction.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience:
