Lime is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the strategy & roadmap of our finance systems. This role requires deep expertise in finance systems and business processes, as well as a strong ability to drive the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our finance systems meet customer needs, add value to the business, and advance technology capabilities, and meet compliance obligations.

The ideal candidate is part strategist, part leader, part builder, part operator. They are a true partner who can work as part of a team while independently managing the customer roadmap, facilitating shared prioritization and managing the delivery of technical solutions.

What you’ll do:

  • Define product strategy by understanding market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies

  • Lead the creation and execution of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives

  • Collaborate with finance, accounting, and operations teams to gather business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable product specifications.

  • Understand and map complex business processes

  • Serve as the voice of the customer to our technical teams, ensuring that product solutions deliver tangible value by solving customer pain points

  • Prioritize and advocate for enhancements and improvements that drive customer satisfaction, user adoption, and operational efficiencies

  • Work closely with engineering to create release plans, define MVP, and drive delivery of initiatives and features

  • Define and track product performance metrics to assess the success and value delivered by the product. Use data to inform product decisions and improve the customer experience continuously

About you:

  • Working knowledge of 3rd-party finance systems such as Netsuite, Oracle FAH, Anaplan, among others. Additionally possessing the ability to stay current with emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to introduce new capabilities and improve the overall technology stack

  • Experience working within a regulated environment (SOX, ISO, GDPR, etc) with the ability to ensure that the finance product suite is scalable, secure, and adaptable to changing financial regulations and business needs

  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Effectively communicate product vision and progress to senior leadership and key stakeholders

  • Proven track record of delivering customer-centric products and solutions that add measurable value. Strong ability to understand customer needs and translate them into impactful product features

Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager, with a strong focus on finance / ERP solutions, integrations, or similar products. Basic understanding of system architecture, data flows, and APIs

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present and explain product concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience working in an Agile environment with a focus on iterative product development
