What you'll do:
- Generate and place purchase orders to support fleet activities for Operations and Warehouses.
- Support our local operation teams with fleet management.
- Onboarding of vendors into our system, ensuring all documentation is completed.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with fleet vendors (both rental and lease) and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal departments and cross functional team, to align electrification initiatives with broader company goals.
- Oversee and manage contracts, agreements, NDAs, and amendments related to fleet leasing and procurement initiatives related to fleet/travel.
- Process invoices with accounts payable and assists in reports.
- Coordinate credits, refunds and claims as needed.
- Interface with and support our procurement team to improve the effectiveness of support and services.
About you:
- Experience with fleet Leasing/Rental companies in North America
- Have knowledge of Compliance, Insurance and Registration and other requirements around fleet
- Excellent team player with good communication skills.
- A person with a hands-on approach, quick to react, and autonomous (as the position will be fully remote).
- Excellent communication skills: spoken and written.
- Proficient in English.
This is a contracted position that will be hired, managed, and compensated through a third-party employer. The hourly rate for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 depending on experience and location of residence of the candidate chosen for the role. This position is not eligible for benefits through Lime as this is a contract position.
