We are seeking a hands-on Administrative Associate to join our dynamic team in Brussels. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting administrative tasks and handling basic daily operational matters. Your involvement will contribute to boosting the team's efficiency and driving continuous improvement initiatives. What you'll do:
- Manage monthly and weekly payments for the region
- Oversee administrative compliance with municipalities and payment institutions
- Oversee administrative compliance with recycling partners and energy suppliers
- Engage with third party suppliers’ Administrative offices to ensure correct monthly cost allocation
- Oversee and coordinate CX activities
- Oversee any additional administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests
About you:
- Fluent English to communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders. French proficiency is a plus
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets to manage data and generate reports efficiently.
- Punctual, precise, and persistent in handling tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Preferably based in Brussels
