Come work alongside some of the most talented minds in the agtech industry. We are a team of innovators who are accelerating the digitization and sustainability of our planet’s food system. At Arable, you will have the unique opportunity to build something meaningful with an amazing group of people who care about each other and their work.

What we do:

At Arable, our goal is to connect all the world’s farms to help optimize the global food system. This is an ambitious goal, but the need has never been greater to rethink how we will feed an ever-growing population and reduce our impact on natural resources. We believe the heart of the solution is digitizing the analog world with high-fidelity data to help food producers optimize their operations. We hope the impact of our work will improve the lives of farmers everywhere and be a major contribution to securing the global food supply for decades to come.

A few examples of the work we’re doing today:

Helping farmers in India and Mozambique adapt to the effects of climate change on their farms with novel data-driven crop insurance

Giving produce growers in California the tools to optimize production and minimize waste

Helping irrigated farms in Nebraska manage water more efficiently and sustainably to protect our water supply

Location Requirement:

Must be located within commuting distance of one of the following areas: Charleston or Columbia, SC; Fayetteville, NC (Coastal Plains region); Charlotte or Raleigh-Durham, NC.

As a full-time Grower Engagement Manager at Arable, you will play a critical, customer-facing role within our Customer Success team—focusing on grower engagement, irrigation management, and sustainability outcomes. You will support growers across the Carolinas with a primary focus on the Coastal Plains, working directly with them to ensure the successful adoption and integration of Arable’s technology into their operations. This role requires a hands-on, field-oriented professional who understands the agricultural cycle, is comfortable advising on irrigation and crop production, and thrives on building strong, long-term grower relationships. This is a full-time, permanent position offering benefits and growth potential in a mission-driven agtech company.

What You’ll Do:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to growers, supporting their success with Arable’s platform
  • Guide implementation and adoption of irrigation, crop production, and sustainability tools
  • Partner closely with customers to align Arable’s technology with their unique farm goals
  • Deliver training and technical support in the field and remotely
  • Stay current on agtech trends and challenges in the Carolinas
  • Support customer retention, expansion, and satisfaction through proactive engagement
  • Provide regular updates and recommendations through check-ins and business reviews
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the grower’s voice is represented across the company
  • Identify opportunities to expand use of Arable solutions within accounts
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
  • Strong agronomy background or experience supporting commercial growers
  • Familiarity with irrigation management, crop modeling, or precision agriculture
  • A strong understanding of the agricultural landscape in the Coastal Plains region of the Carolinas
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and think strategically on the farm
  • A bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Agribusiness, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Ability to travel within the region (25–40%) for on-farm visits, training, and support
